There is a New SignVision in Town.
The new Signvision goes by the name of SignVisionTV. They are in Tallahassee Florida. What they have done is connected digital signage to flat panel screen TVs and the internet. The can be reached at 850-893-1296 or www.signvisiontv.com That it for now.

The advertiser has come to town.
The Signvision style of advertising was introduce in Tallahassee Florida back in the eighties by a company name Acorn Video Productions. It was the first time local or people from the community could advertise on television. It was a fun show and the people advertising became celebrities because they were on TV talking about what they had to offer. The company was under funded and a series of weather mishaps (broadcast tower hit by lightening, knocked out communication for weeks) cause them to go out of business.
Some of the members of this group met and of course the topic Signvision came up. Before long old dreams were renewed. Well, they are in the process of re-introducing community advertising in Florida. They plan to start small and this time, they will make sure the weather does not crash them again.
The beauty of this advertising was, it put fun and entertainment from the community on display. Well thats about all I can share at this time, but keep checking here for those weekly updates and perhaps some community fun.
